What does the app asks? Most of android users just click "accept" or "OK" when a app asks permissions. Some permissions are Legible. But some Third party apps asks some permissions which are not necessary for them for eg. a gallery app may ask your permission for tracking your location. Many users may click accept. but then that app takes track of wherever you go. This might sound creepy but this happens with most of the third party apps.
